Overview
The Deity V.Lav is an omnidirectional condenser lavalier built for direct-to-camera and mobile recording. Its microprocessor automatically adapts the 3.5 mm TRRS plug to many microphone and headset inputs, while a 5 m cable reaches a tripod-mounted camera without a wireless link. The microphone covers 50 Hz to 20 kHz and runs for more than 800 hours from two LR41 batteries. Two foam windscreens, a faux-fur windshield, and a carrying case support both indoor and exterior dialogue work.
