- Orient the wooden handles away from the beam and use two clips where a falling gel could enter frame or hit someone.
- Do not treat C-47s as rated rigging hardware, electrical clamps, or supports for anything heavy.
- Count all twelve at wrap and discard any clip with scorched wood, weak springs, or cracked jaws.
